At MEEM Gold, we strive to ensure a transparent and reliable experience for all our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

1. Refund Eligibility

a) Incorrect Charges

If a customer is charged an incorrect amount due to a billing error, MEEM Gold will review the transaction and process the appropriate refund after verification.

b) Duplicate Transactions

If a customer is charged more than once for the same purchase due to a duplicate transaction, the excess amount will be refunded after verification. The refund will be processed within three (3) working days from the date the duplicate charge is confirmed.

c) Technical Errors

Refunds may also be considered if a technical error or system malfunction results in an unintended or incorrect transaction.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

a) Change of mind after the transaction has been successfully completed.
b) Errors caused by the customer during the transaction process, including incorrect information or payment details.
c) Transactions that have already been processed and confirmed without any system or service issues.
d) Requests submitted after the designated refund request period.

3. Refund Request Period

Customers must submit refund requests within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the transaction. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for consideration.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To submit a refund request, customers must contact the MEEM Gold support team and provide the following information:

a) Full name
b) Transaction ID or reference number
c) Date of transaction
d) Detailed reason for the refund request

Incomplete requests may result in delays or rejection of the refund request.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

6. Policy Amendments

MEEM Gold reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be effective immediately upon publication.
